| John has a knack for finding big ideas that transform brands from middle of the pack to category leaders. Armed with a cranium packed with innovative ideas, he’s solved creative challenges for clients like Ford, AT&T, Coca-Cola, Molson and Colgate-Palmolive. John is the former President of Young and Rubicam Canada and one of the most awarded advertising creative professionals in the country. He has won a Silver Lion at Cannes Advertising Festival and Golds in the Clio Awards, International Broadcast Awards, Marketing Awards and many others. John lives in Toronto with his wife, two daughters and Tallulah the pug. |

| John has worn so many hats during his career we’ve lost count. He’s been an Information Architect, a Strategist, a Creative and a Suit. He’s founded agencies and he’s managed them. And when he wasn’t doing any of that, he was trying to bring a seventh NHL franchise to Canada. Along the way John’s worked with clients like Canadian Tire Financial, LCBO, MTV, CTV, Microsoft and the Liberal Party of Ontario. He’s become a master at combining his passions for strategy, creativity and technology in ways that make magic happen for his clients. John has lectured at the Rotman School of Business, Centennial College, Laurier University and the University of Windsor. He likes to speak in third person. |

| Dennis is a professional Marketing Strategist, Brand Architect and expert in advocacy issues and social marketing. He’s worked with the federal and provincial governments, media, unions, packaged goods and financial services marketers in the U.S. and Canada. He’s created marketing campaigns for everything from energy conservation to flu vaccinations. Dennis has lectured on communications planning at Cabinet Communications Workshops, was a featured presenter at the first Learning.com Communications Conference, Co-chairs the Leading Social Change conference and is a member of the ICA’s Board of Governors. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he completed studies in economics and marketing strategy at the Wharton School. |

| Kevin is of Teutonic origin (can ya’ tell by the last name?), which makes him a pretty serious guy on occasion. He likes nothing more than to work with clients to crack big issues with clear strategic thinking that inspires even bigger ideas. Molson, Fallsview Casino, Canadian Tire and RBC are a few of the clients he’s worked with. Under his leadership, Kevin’s clients have won Cassies, Cannes Lions, DMA’s, CMA’s, MIXX, BUZZ and Caples awards recognizing integrated campaigns proven to contribute to business success. By the way, his last name means “a body of water that’s bigger than a puddle and smaller than a pond.” |
